Yeah, I finally planted my but in a chair and wrote! Funny how I was writing out the book and my hero told me that he was a shapeshifter. I said “No, your not your only a telepath.” Well, he was so insistent I finally relented. I can’t wait to see in what direction this takes me.

I had a nice holiday weekend, but thank god it is over. The weather here was hot and sunny and we got to spend a lot of time outdoors. Now the kids are back in school and I finally have some peace and quiet. Although it is not my kids that drive me to drink, it is my sister and my nephew. Does everyone have that one person in their family that is so needy and clingy (but with an anger problem) that they always cause constant stress? She comes to my house everyday and now that she is unemployed she wants to spend hours upon hours at my house. “Calgon take me away!”

I am currently reading Almost A Goddess by Judi McCoy and since it is a perfect beach read, I think I will lay out by the pool today and thoroughly enjoy my time.

Well, it is finally May 30th and the day is here. Sherrilyn Kenyon’s new Dark Hunter novel hits stores today. Is anyone joining me in a desperate mad dash to the store to buy a copy? For those of you who got an advance copy and have already read it, “I hate you!”
